    ? How many ounces or cups are in a box of powdered sugar?

    I bought a 2 lb. bag of powdered sugar & a recipe I am thinking of making calls for a box of powdered sugar..just wondering if anyone happens to know how much is in a box of powdered sugar..I'm thinking maybe it is 1 lb...but I'm not totally sure...Thanks!

    A one pound box has about 4 cups of sugar. HTH

    1 box of powered sugar has 4 cups in it. Hope this helps.
