There's the whole "BillMeLater" network, expanding every year.. in the same vein as Brylane, you can try Figis and ABC Distributing (under $100). The BillMeLater sites do a credit check, the other two do not.
-
Lillian Vernon also has deferred billing- Spiegel used to, not sure if they do anymore.
-
Chadwick's and Yves Rocher have 90 days free credit... No credit check.

Some of the sites such as Toysrus are doing deferred billing with Bill Me Later, but I know the Toysrus site rquires a minimum $100 purchase to get it.

Just a warning about the Swiss Colony/Seventh Ave company. When I last used them, their catalogs made if fairly simple for anyone to get your acct. information. And when someone does get ahold of that information and order things they are not good about it at all. when it happened to me, we lived in appt so I figure it was one our neighbors but we happened to be home and intercepted the package. When I called them they told me that yes, all of my orders were via the internet but this one was a phone order and it didn't matter to them that it was a man, but my acct name was a woman and that it didn't match any of my acct history (no large orders, no phone orders, etc). They were going to make me pay shipping to return something I never ordered. I would have hoped they would have changed it but I doubt it. They were real jerks.
