    Smoother skin if you eat....

Skin will be smoother if you eat:
    avocados
    olive oil
    oats
    limes
    water
    lemons
    sweet potatoes
    carrots
    apricots
    beta carotene rich foods
    peaches
    mango
papaya (Papaya leaf extract, and tea made from the extract, contain major cancer-fighting properties, according to new research.
    cantaloupe
    broccoli florets
    spinach
raw vegetables containing special energy boosting enzymes that also make it much easier for beneficial nutrients to reach the skin.

Go all raw. Have just juices, salads and unroasted nuts for a day or two before you go to a special event like a wedding. You will be amazed at the difference.

Boost collagen production for firm skin with amino acids- poultry, low-fat dairy and eggs. (MSM found in the vitamin section at Wal-Mart helps rebuild collagen. But for a better price and higher mg. I like Swansons vitamins.

Organic milk is better as iodine is fed to cattle to keep them from getting infections (and iodine cause pimples).

Vitamin B - found in liver, yeast, wheat germ, meat. seeds, nuts, a few vegetables, whole grain breads and cereal. Molasses, Brewer's Yeast and wheat germ are rich in "B" vitamins.

Never take just one of the B vitamins by itself as it will deplete some of the other required B vitamins. (B-150 complex can be found at Wal-Mart.) *B vitamins are water soluble (dissolve in water) so any B vitamins not needed in your body will be excreted in the urine.

Linoleic acid found in French dressing, salad oils, (2 T. a day) salad dressing, mayo, flaxseed oil*

Vitamin A- for better skin. It acts as an antioxidant to neutralize harmful elements in our skin, helping to prevent wrinkles, resist infection and keep skin youthful.

Vinegar applied on the face for about 5 minutes then washed off will help slough off dry skin.
