How to contact Coke rewards?!?

I used their "ask Hank" and their contact us now box and get an error message stating that I'm unable to use it. Does anyone have a phone number for them? I tried to redeem a code for a Simon gift account and was told that the code had already been redeemed.

On the bottom of one of the emails I received from MCR telling me that my reward is being processed, there is this number:

I never read the fine print of the emails until I read your dilemma, and saw it
