Ever since the "switchover" to the new points system, I have not had any points credited to my account and there has been a delay in the pending credits under the old dollar system (I had something credit from 9/18 a week ago, for example).

Are these problems to be expected from this point forward, or will the system be fixed? SurveySpot used to be an excellent company. Now, there are many credit problems and many, many sub-par rewards (100 points for 40 minutes, for example).
