Create a healthy, Italian style recipe that uses Filippo Berio Olive Oil (Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Olive Oil, or Extra Light Olive Oil) ("Recipe").

Requirements for Entries: Entries, including Recipes or Photos, that are deemed by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to be in violation of these Official Rules or to be otherwise infringing, harmful, inappropriate, defamatory, or generally not in keeping with the image of Sponsor, will be rejected and will not be eligible to participate in the Contest. Entrant acknowledges and agrees that such decisions of Sponsor are final and binding.

Recipes: Recipes must contain at least 2 tablespoons of Filippo Berio Olive Oil (Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Olive Oil, or Extra Light Olive Oil); must NOT contain any other cooking oil such as butter or margarine; and must have 10 or less ingredients (including Filippo Berio Olive Oil and any seasonings (each seasoning is counted as one ingredient). Each Recipe you submit must be unique. You will need to include a recipe name (90 character limit). Recipes must be written in English and may not exceed 3,000 characters. Recipes must be an original work of the entrant; may not have won previous awards; and may not have been previously published by any third party. Recipes that were previously published by a third party (such as those appearing in cookbooks, drink menus, magazines and newspapers, or publicized on the Internet) and winning recipes from other contests will be disqualified. To be eligible, Recipes must be capable of being followed/completed in a standard kitchen, use generally available ingredients and be edible. Recipe may not in any other way violate applicable laws and regulations; may not contain any reference to any third-party trademarks, names, or third-party logos; and may not contain any copyrighted works owned by third parties.

Photos: Photo must be in GIF, JPEG or PNG file format and must be 2 Mb or less. Photos should depict the entrant's completed Recipe and only the complete Recipe. An entrant may only submit a Photo that he/she has taken. Photos may not include people, may not display any third-party trademarks, names, or third-party logos, and may not depict any copyrighted works owned by third parties.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) verified travel guest ("Guest") to the Toscana Saporita cooking school in Italy and the opportunity to cook in a class with Chef Esposito. Winner may also appear in a video taping of a Ciao Italia television episode.

Grand Prize trip includes: round-trip coach transportation from a major commercial gateway airport near winner's residence within the United States to Tuscany Italy; transportation to and/or from the hotel and/or airport; seven (7) days/six (6) nights hotel accommodations (one room) in Toscana ARV: $10,000. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary depending on winner's point of travel origin, airfare and hotel fluctuations. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Ten (10) Finalist Prizes: the ten (10) Finalists will each receive a gift set including cookbooks, aprons and Filippo Berio Olive Oil products; additionally, the Finalists' recipes may be featured in the Recipe Road Show Recipe Booklet.
