I wrote a complaint to the company about coupon dumping and this is what I got back

Funny they consider comments DRAMA
Farland, You should forward the e-mail to the head of the marketing dept. and the president of the company, maybe cc both parties involved. Obviously the intent was not for you to see what is written but that is poor customer service and someone at that company should know about their employees lack of etiquette and how to handle a forwarded e-mail. :-)
