Pep Boys 1$ calendar read on...

I borrowed this thanks op it was to good to pass up I just ordered 10 off Ebay since I dont have a pepboys around me.


"I was in Pep Boys today and picked up the 2005 calendar they just put out for sale to benefit MADD for $1 .

It has coupons in it. There are THREE coupons that are for FREE products :

1. Eagle One Wax as you Dry --- they are 4.99 ea.

2. Chevron Techron Fuel System Cleaner - they are 5.99 ea

3. Rain X Car Wash & Wax - they are 3.99

Lots of other coupons but they are $ off things. HERE IS THE PROBLEM !!!!

I bought one for the $1 and used it to get the 3 free products. The more I thought about it I could use them for gifts. So I stopped at another Pep Boys tonite and the cashier was putting B1G1 STICKERS ON THOSE COUPONS ~! I said whooooa WHAT are you doing ? She said oooh there was a typo. SO, I called hubby on the otherside of town and he proceeded to get the 32 calendars that were at the store we had visited earlier today.

SO, THIS WILL NOT LAST LONG --- RUN and buy your $1 calendar NOW !

btw all the coupons expire DEC 2005 ! "

Thanks. I stopped by today and found the calendars at the checkout. The free coupons were there so I picked up 10 for my husband to give the guys at work. Great Cause Great Freebies.

Thanks for the post OP, but I will never step foot in a pep boys again.

They fired an employee who worked for them for 15 years because he was in the reserves and went to go serve his country when called!


He lost his job, his wife and kids because of pep boys firing him.


They are jerks!

Pep Boys has a really bad rep and deservedly so...I could tell you the horror stories I've heard.

But think of this as a way to get something back from them for all the carp they've put people thru.

Darken their doorstep, buy nothing, grab the freebies...and run! LOL
