My nearest Krispy Kreme is over anhour away. Why can't Dunkin Doughnuts do something like this? I have one of those just up the street.

I LOVE Krispy Kreme... nearest one is an hour away, but that is also the nearest WalMart, Mall, Target, etc. Maybe tomorrow would be a good day to go shopping!

Years ago our Dunkin Donuts had some really good promos around christmastime. I havent gone there in years since I moved into a neighborhood thats has lots of bakeries and rather patronize them since they are family owned businesses and better tasting products to boot.
But anyway at DD, If you bought so many donuts one year they gave you this really pretty cookie plate--kinda like cut glass, and the next year was something good too.

I had to pass by there this morning. DD and I each got a free donut. First they ask you what you want, then they tell you to pick your free one and they put it in a seperate bag. So don't count your free ones in your order! I saw other people and kids all just stuffing their free ones in their mouths. Very cool! :D

Ditto! We have Krispy Kreme's that are sold out of convenient stores, but they are not Krispy Kreme stores We have Dunkin Donuts up the ying yang here
