Need tickets for Wed. Girls Night Out in LA!!!

Okay, i totally messed up on this one & put off buying tickets to this event. i am hoping that because tickets were sold by 2's that there are a few extras out there floating around- 3 to be exact. i need three gift bag tickets for Wed. night Shecky's Girls Night Out event. i'm guessing this was on local news or something because there have been tickets available up until this morning. My sister & my brothers girlfriend & i were all planning on going to this, & they can't make it on Thurs. If you have extra tickets, let me know!!! THANKS in advance!

My sister got her work schedule changed & we were able to get tickets for tomorrow night instead. I would be really curious to know how this was, for anyone who went in LA tonight, or if you've gone to any of the other Girls Nights Out around the country.

    Thumbs up Nyc

I've been going to the NYC events for several years...the best fun, you simply cannot have a less that great time! Lots of vendors, cute guys serving free cocktails and nibbles, contests...and the goodie bag is fantastic. They usually set up a leisure area where you can explore the contents and swap, too. Let me know after the event how you enjoyed it...I would be curious to hear. Have a ball!!

It took us FOUR HOURS to get there from San Diego!
Few cute guys, & no food, but i knew that in advance because it was mentioned in the email they sent w/ my ticket order confirmation.
In the goodie bags: Blueprint magazine w/ card for free 1 yr. subscription; paperback book Hollywood Hills; i got a book about choosing plastic surgery, but my sister didn't; New Beauty magazine (this was the single most unpopular item in the bags- they were strewn all over the event site, abandoned); several full sized products including Sea Breeze, 3 products from Redken, conditioning glaze from Garnier Fructis; silver hoop earrings; Gym Class Heroes CD single & a CD sampler from Verve Music Group (my sister didn't get this CD, but it looks like the only good thing on it is a song by Rhett Miller); plastic bag full of sample sized bottles of sunsilk shampoo, conditioner, & styling product + magnetic poetry kit; 3 samples from Cetaphil & sample sized Duwop Venom lip gloss.
Lots of good cocktails, but i was kind of surprised there was nothing non-alcholic to drink! Because i drove i got one tiny Midori mixed drink when we got there & nothing else for the rest of the night. i bought a summer sundress for $39 & a silkscreened t-shirt for my 12 y/o daughter for $10. My sister & i both loved the hula-hoop booth the best, & were sad not to shell out the $35 to buy one from Hoopnotica. Really fun!
This was a great time & i would recommend it to everyone who lives nearby for sure, but a 6 hour drive was probably over-doing it!

    Thumbs up Wow...

You are a trouper!!!! I guess I can stop bitching about taking the No. 6 train downtown now, LOL! Anyway, it sounds like you had a fun time and I'm glad...just wish the event were closer to where you live. Maybe next time you could combine it with a dinner out half-way to the event? Cheers!!
