Outdoor Channel - Gear Up and Go Sweepstakes

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION:

There will be one (1) random drawing performed each day ("Daily Drawing") for the first twenty-seven (27) days of the Promotion Period and there will be four (4) random drawings performed on or about November 28, 2007 ("Grand Prize Drawings") to award four (4) Grand Prizes. There will be a total of 131 Daily Prize Winners and four (4) Grand Prize Winners. (See Prizing Chart)

There are two (2) ways to enter:

(1) ONLINE: During the Promotion Period, each time a participant visits the promotional site and completes and submits the online entry form, he/she receives an entry for that day's drawing, and for the four (4) Grand Prize Random Drawings.

(2) AUTOMATIC/MAILED ENTRY: Customers of participating cable systems will be automatically entered in the four (4) Grand Prize Random Drawings by becoming a new subscriber or purchasing any upgrade to current service during the Promotion Period.

If you do not wish to become a cable subscriber or purchase an upgrade to a current service, you may receive one additional entry by mail.

Hand-print your name, complete address, zip code, daytime phone number email address and date of birth on a plain 3"X 5" piece of paper. Mail your entry in a hand-addressed stamped envelope to: "Gear Up and Go" Sweepstakes", c/o NMA Entertainment & Marketing, 460 Park Avenue South, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10016.

Mailed entry entitles participant one entry into the four (4) Grand Prize Random Drawings. Entry must be postmarked by October 31, 2007 and received by November 7, 2007.

Limit one online entry per person per day and
one automatic/mailed entry per person
