The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on March 2, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on June 1, 2008.

THE ADVIL® PM SWEEPSTAKES (“Sweepstakes”) IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DC WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER as of March 2, 2008.

Limit of (1) entry per name/address/ e-mail address.

Grand Prize (1): A 6 Day / 5 Night trip for winner and one (1) guest to a resort selected at sponsor’s discretion subject to availability. The prize will include: round-trip coach air transportation (from major commercial airport nearest winner’s U.S. residence) to resort location, double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for five (5) nights, a $1,000 Visa® Gift Card and $1,500 for spa services (awarded in the form of a gift card to winner). In lieu of accepting the travel option, winner can request a $10,000 cash payment (awarded in the form of a check). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $10,000.

First Prize (25): A $100 SpaFinder® Gift Certificate. ARV $100 each.

Second Prize (50): An Advil® PM Fleece Blanket and Advil® PM Products. ARV $26 each. Total ARV of all prizes is $13,800.
