Cute clothes, fairly good quality, bad customer service. I ordered some dresses in AUGUST, was finally told in October after several emails (and phone calls) that they were received, and now the items returned STILL haven't been credited to my bank account - so I am still out the money. I was also not sent any sort of info on returns as it states one will be, and it took forever to obtain info on how that is done.
I sent the return in 3-day shipping, and it took them about 10 days to acknowledge they'd received the package.
Unless they undergo new management, the decent clothes aren't worth the hassle.
