Im really not loving the new web site I cant get to my rewards it keep telling me an error occurred while processing my request and than when I hit the button to take a survey it tells me to update my profile , which I did yet it keep saying that even after I updated it , is anyone else having problems with survey spot

Was coming to ask whats up about SS?? I went to cash-out and saw the new looking...I had a balance from previous system and it was not transfered to the new points system, now it says I have nada??

Ok..found the link to redeem the money from old system

You should be able to access your old rewards and cash them out. I cashed out $2 yesterday.

I cannot take any surveys from the website itself. When I click take a survey on the site all I get is a blank web page.
Any NEW surveys from my email that offer points- when you complete them they are not being credited on the site and they should be.
Be careful doing any new surveys that offer points becouse they are not crediting to your account and on the website it says they are supposed to get the points right after you finish the survey.
The site is extremely buggy and not working right!

There new website is really screwed up, I can not take some of my profiles in order to start taking surveys from my home page. Plus the surveys they sent me today for points are a joke, 100 points for a 35 minute survey.

I actually could log on, which has not happened in years. I still don't get invites in email.
While I used to get alot of SS surveys, and none these days...I'm not surprised they changed their pay. Seems all survey companies want us to complete surveys for free ( sweeps or points worth pennies). Sadly, they must be getting people to participate.

They're still sending me pay surveys and sweeps surveys. No point surveys via e-mail yet.

Since they've switched, I received a $3 survey via email..wasn't interested, though.
