You are such a pessimistic person, who wants to rain on all our parades.
This is something several people look forward to every year, and we are just discussing it. Sometimes not even about getting the bags themselves, but getting them in the past, the oprah show, etc.
I hope if anyone else out there feels this way, they might say something as well.

I *will* say something, thank you for asking. First of all, I hope you were being sarcastic and your post just doesn't lend well to that. I do not feel the way you do. There is a difference between "bursting your bubble" and providing well researched information and Katland has always done the latter. Your bubble can only be burst if you let someone. This forum is for the provision of information and so far, I like the way Katland does just that over the way you have not.

i Agree with OP, if this thread wsan't getting bumped every few hours by asking the same question over and over and over by the same poster, the views wouldn't be nearly as high. When I see a thread bumped up, I assume there is new information or comments.

I signed up for one of the Bags too, but you know what? Life goes on with or without it. I don't spend hours a day worrying and trying to research the internet for information on it. If it comes, then yay. If not, then oh well.

Wow I do feel like I am at some family reunion. Everyone has their opinion. Plus, I work in retail so I think I have seen it all. LOL Anyhow, I am grateful for all the help that Katland is always so willing to give to everyone. I know when I have questions she is one of the first to try to help me. Hey not even my three sisters would be so fast or so helpful as she is to me. I think everyone here is great. Oh, I did not get a Oprah bag but if I did I would have posted it. But, I do think there may be people who win and never post. Why, I do not know but hey, that's ok.

Just wanted to add my 2 cents worth. For those who don't know katland, if you research all her posts they are aimed at helping. Be it about coupons you're searching for or questions about an issue, she always posts helpful links. I think it is uncalled for to "bash" someone who helps the board more than anything else especially when she posts tons of things that really help.

I don't see people starting a thread for about not getting that free toothpaste from Walmart they signed up for 10 months ago!

Nope. I cannot find a record of anyone winning on any major deal board (whereas in the past, each one had dozens of winners).

I am beginning to wonder if they even followed through with sending out any bags to anyone. I find it really hard to believe that not one single person from here or any other boards had posted that they received one.
