Is this from Allure? I received it via fed ex: DERMAdoctor MEDeTATE wipes?

Today was a great day, I won the Orly nail lacquer the color is quite pretty. Also, thePhyto organics molding paste. Hope everyone also has been lucky. Have a great weekend
