Problems Installing Coupon Printer - YDF - Your Daily Freebies Forum - Coupon Codes

Has anyone else ever exerienced a problem loading this? My OS is Vista which should be fine, but it never seems to work. It shows up under my Programs, but whenever I click to print any coupons it says I need to install it.

Is your problem with all coupons or is it with just "bricks" or "smartsource" coupons?

I use Vista as well and I have to re-install the printer to print the "smartsource" coupons all the time.

On "Bricks" coupons are you using FireFox Or Internet Explorer; I ask this because if you are using FireFox you will need to use the FireFox link to print "Bricks" or else you will get the re-install message everytime. Same as with IE.

Is your pop-up blocker turned off? If not this will also allow you not to be able to print some coupons.

Do you uninstall the coupon printer for Smartsource before installing again?

On the bricks one, even with pop-ups unblocked, I get a message that it won't install because it's considered an "unsafe" download. How do I change that?

I lso have vista and had this same problem someone told me to click on (I dont know what it is called) but it is a little yellow circle I think it has something to do with the spysweeper it is located at the bottom of my screen to the right...anyway click on that and put your computer in gamer mode and then try installing and printing, this finally worked for me....every now and then when my computer updates i have to do it again. HTH

I don't have a yellow thing at the bottom right of my screen. I have McAfee security so I wonder if this is the problem? Any ideas anyone? Please! I'm missing out on so many great deals!

With the "bricks" coupons, they sometimes offer a snail-mail option. Once you're on their starting page, click "help" in the lower right - if a snail-mail coupon is available you'll get the name/address form. HTH

O M G!!!! Finally!!!! How stupid of me!!! On the Bricks coupons, I was hitting install so quickly I was missing the Windows prompt at the top of the screen that was asking me if I wanted to allow this program to load.... DUH!!!

The SmartSource I finally found (yesterday) was that Java was not installed on my computer.

FINALLY able to snag these great coupons!!

Soooooo happy for you I can remember my frustration when I could only watch as everyone else was able to print these great coupons.
