I didn't get to post much in August here because of my trip but I went a little nuts.
I got TONS of: Quaker Toastables, Chewy Granola Bars, and Toastables all good on the $5 rebate and all free after double coupons. I got even MORE better than free Crayola markers and colored pencils ($.13 for ever set of each one) thanks to the printable coupon from the Crayola website and the Staples sale and then there is the rebate for $3 when you buy 7 products. I also got 15 packs of three hole punch notebook paper for $.19 each and tons of the Crayola crayons for $.19 each and nickle folders by price matching at WalFart. I finally got to use the ten free Bic coupons I got from eBay at WalFart -- they were up to $2.99 but were outragously priced everywhere else . . . I know there is more but I am moving on to this month . . . This week there is a HUGE sale on Skippy for $.78 -- I was able to trade for over 20 of the $1/1 coupons and they double to the full $2! So I can either get twice as many Skippy or use the overage which I think I will for the next deal . . . One market has spend $15 in school supplies and get Catalinia coupons for $10 worth of free products. The Scotch tape four packs with an extra 200 feet were on sale for $4. I have $1/1 coupons which double to $2 and there is an instore coupon (limit one) for another dollar off so $3 for two packs of tape. The Crayola is 25% off this week and counts as a school supply and I have MORE of the Crayola coupons limit four per trip -- so I am getting tons of chalk, glue, etc all almost free and good for the free item coupons with the tape rainchecks I have! At the same market the Capri Sun is 2/$3 -- I traded for a slew of the $1/1 which double up to the full amount making fifty cents on each towards the school supplies above )And now I have two days to use the 50 Solo coupons I got off of eBay . . . I have been WAITING. Last year I got a ton for free with $1/2 coupons when they went on sale for $1 each and doubles but they haven't done that sale yet. A market has them on sale 3/$3 must buy three. They limit to four like doubles so I have to move quickly buying only three at a time -- 16 trips but I already have two rainchecks and the coupons don't expire until October! I am so happy at how fast my trades came in ![]() I am also exausted tonight lol. Maddy |

Thanks luckyme. I had to go out to pick up new ear drops . . . So I stopped at the market with the Solo first. I don't normally go there because they only double up to fifty cents. That is why I had to go to eBay . . . Our coupons are always $1/2 which made them free at the $1 doubling store last year when they were $.99 . . . Its not like we don't have plates and cups and I would not have normally ordered fifty of this coupon (maybe 15 . . . ) but it was the only reasonably priced Buy It Now auction at the time . . . The good news is I went before and after I picked up my meds. I found a nice young male cashier who on the first trip let me split it up into two orders (remember must buy 3 -- but a limit of four like coupons double). I went back after the meds and a different market with two more sets of three and he was SO nice . . . I went and got four more sets of 3! I gave him some couopons and told him to share with his mother and get her some free cups and plates lol. I have two rainchecks so I need six more sets of three by Thursday night . . .
At the other market I got: *2 Capri Sun (all they had on sale for $1.50 - $1/1 doubled to $2 so made $.50 on each) *2 Skippy (that is the limit for this sale $.78 each - $1/1 doubled to $2 so made $1.22 overage on each) *4 Crayola pads regularly $1.79 25% off making them $1.34 *2 Crayola chalks regularly $.79 25% off making them $.59 Total in Crayola = $6.54 - $6 in $1/1 coupons doubled = $.54 *2 Scotch tape four packs still ringing up at $3.99 - two $1/1 coupons doubled and one store coupon for $1 off one (limit one store coupon) = $2.98 *4 Starkist Creations Lemon Pepper regular price $1.89 - four $1/1 coupons making them free (no overage) Not all of the coupons would scan so I had to go to the desk and she gave me back over $12 . . . So with tax I paid about $1.50. AND I got the Catalinias for the free products for buying all of the Crayola and tape ![]() And for every three packages of Solo I paid .13 in tax . . . Not bad for a few hours and ears that still hurt . . . Maddy |
