I just got a "Smart Shoppers" National Coupon Book which has tons of coupons for restaurants that don't expire until Nov. 1, 2004. Unfortunately, many of the restaurants aren't in my area!! There are tons of coupons here.

Most are "Enjoy one Free when a second of equal or greater value is purchased" a couple are 50% off and there might be some regular b1g1f types as well.
