Can anyone help me . . . I am desperate for at least one of these forms . . . I really need two -- I took these to the post office on the 29th and handed them to a clerk who told me they would be postmarked but they didn't get postmarked until 12/1 so they were returned . . .

I have PayPal from avaialble funds, movie tickets, stamps or tell me what you need per form.

Where were others finding them? I don't have one in hand, but if you know where I can look, I'll look through my stuff for you.....

Thanks Smarly . . . . they were actually from Ohio in a store ad . . . It was a typo but they are honoring the forms. The good news is one of the forms I sent in was accepted and the man I spoke with said that we could resubmit the one that was rejected because it clearly has a 11/29 Stamps.com postmark.

These come quick!
I obtained 1 form and mailed it in and 3 weeks later it arrived!
Its a big off-white/tan envelope with the gift certif's, and a catalog inside.

Has anyone ordered from them before? I never have...just wondering what my on-line friends recommend.
