? about using store with manufacturer's coupons
Do Tagret, Walmart, Walgreens and Eckerds allow doubling up?

Walgreens definitely! Use their coupon and a manufacturer coupon, and you will find there will be times you will get products for free or even make money when doing their rebate program.

YES to Target and Eckerds. You can use a store coupon and a mfr coupon together on one item at both Target and Eckerds. I never seen store coupons for Walmart, so I don't know.
