Carl's Jr. is owned by "Hardees", looks like Hardees, has a menu almost identical, but Hardees doesn't carry the Chocolate Cake on its dessert menu.

Here they're all over town and in the mall, but we don't have Hardees. (I almost asked "What's 'Hardees?'" but realized I already know the answer: It's just like Carl's Jr, only without chocolate cake!
