I am not sure if you have to have a charge account to get this flyer. But I think so.

yup, you do! I work there, and you only get the coupons if you have a charge.

I just found this out this weekend- if you ever ordered from the catalog, you may also get this flyer- otherwise I have no idea how you get it.

I got mine in my JCPenney flyer yesterday and nothing about needing to have a JCP CC is on it ~ just says $10 off $10 for preferred customers like they usually do ~ I love these things!

Sorry about the wrong info! I was originially told that you only got flyers/coupons in the mail from Penneys if you had a credit card. Then when my aunt recieved the flyers and told me she didnt have a card, i asked at work, and someone else told me that you get them if you've ever ordered from them online or through the catalog. Sorry again!

my bf got one cause he's got a discovercard. I doubt he's ever ordered from jcpenny online and he doesn't have their charge card.
