Target has $1 items.
Not sure if this was just the particular store we went to in Eau Claire, WI yesterday, or if all Targets now have the items. There was a lot of picnic stuff, like mustard & ketchup squeeze bottles, plates, cups, plastic utinsils, dining sets (perfect for dd's Girl Scout camping trip), scented candles in tins, round candles, incense (they're fantastic, bought a sandalwood scented set for my mother and myself), potpourri, can openers, other kitchen/camp gadgets, pouches, small toy items, etc. Everything was just a buck. It was a display right when you come in the store.

My Target doesn't seem to have a $1 section..I've been reading the posts online and it seems alot of the stores have them...I've been checking but can't find them..so it may just be certain stores

The target stores that I have visited in Akron & Cleveland have the $1 section. They sometimes clearance those items out also.

Medina store has one too, had the dishes on clearance the other week for .50 each.

We have them. I bought some of the plastic cups a few weeks ago and love them. They were 4 in a net type packaging. I got red, blue and green. The small tupperware ones I had were too small for growing boys and so these are perfect size for their drinks with meals.
