Here’s How To Get a $10 Rebate by Mail:

1. BUY the following Pepsi AND Frito-Lay products: three (3) 12 oz. 12-pack Fridgemate cans of any Pepsi, Pepsi Twist, Pepsi One, Vanilla Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Mountain Dew Code Red, Mountain Dew Live Wire, Mountain Dew Pitch Black, Wild Cherry Pepsi, Vernors, Slice, Tropicana Fruit Punch, Tropicana Pink
Lemonade, Tropicana Regular Lemonade, Raspberry Brisk, Mug Rootbeer and Sierra Mist in all flavors Diet and Caffeine Free AND three (3) 11.5 oz. or larger bags of Frito-Lay products.

2. SAVE the original store-identified cash register receipt dated between 9/26/04 and 11/20/04 with the purchase prices of
each qualifying beverage and Frito-Lay product circled.

I did this earlier last year. There were actually coupons on the Pepsi and on the chips as well as I remember it plus CVS had their own rebate for $10 off but it was with Extra Care Bucks so you could double dip and get $10 off a future order at CVS AND do the $10 rebate (Extra Care Bucks are loaded on your CVS card -- you don't mail anything in). This was around the time of the Super Bowl so there were lots of soda/chips sales.

(PS -- just read the fine print . . . this is good in MI ONLY but folks are reporting find the form in stores in states other than MI . Maybe they will do one in other states too . . . or you can call Pepsi at a number I found posted (800-790-2119 x101 Michael) and ask if there is a form for your state)
