They're Halloween treat booklets. For $1 you get 12 coupons. Each is good for a free cone, free pop, free fry or a free cookie. They're good 11/1-12/31.

I wanted to add that it does stipulate on there somewhere that only children under 12 can present/redeem them.

We bought these last year at our local McD's. Then redeemed them at the McD's at Down Town Disney at WDW. Made a nice, free treat for the kiddies.
