I popped into B&B Works tonight to pick up some wallflower refills, picked up my free CO Bigelow lemon creme.

Its fantastic, btw.

And received another coupon for a CO Biglelow lip balm. That is good 02/16 thru 03/06.

Also tutti dolci lip glosses are on sale for $5.

My mom and dad took this coupon to their BBW and were given this lotion free with NO purchase because in the grey print it says no purchase necessary, BBW honored that no purchase necessary even though it says $15 purchase required.

The associates at the BBW I went to gave me a hard time...they said that it was with a $15 purchase only. I felt like a loser!

Maybe you should email them from their corp page and let them know about your experience.

not sure if you are talking about the free c.o. bigelow lip balm coupon but.....

I am looking at mine now and it says with any store purchase up to $7.50 it doesn't say anything about no purchase necessary.

I think you should call them and let them know what happened

to you. I am sure that they do not want unhappy customers.

I didn't see where you could send them emails for complaints but
