I finally got this to work by signing up for the newsletter and clicking on the offer through the newsletter.

I found trial size Tide at my Kroger for $1 eacg and used the .35/1 coupons that expire tomorrow (our Kroger doubles). The form says any size/combination, so it should work! :D

If you update your Adobe to 7.0 you will be able to print the form with no problems
