Quickbooks Premier Contractor ed 2005???
Hi! My husband wants this software for his new business and we are disgusted by the prices. Does anyone know a cheaper way to get our hands on this other than ebay for~$300?
We'd REALLY appreciate your help! Carrie |

When I was shopping for Quick Books I found that Sam's had the best price.

If you are upgrading from a previous version, they usually have a mail in rebate to defray the cost.

We are also looking for an inexpensive version of Quickbooks - Pro version.
I checked Sam's club and their prices are the same as everywhere else - Pro version - $199.88 Contractor version - $379.56

I am an accountant and work with all the QuickBoooks Versions. I can say that you don't really need the Contractors edition. It doesn't give you that much more. As for best place, check out staples/office depot, etc. They have been running specials on it for like 75. Also remember that even if you spend the 199, it is a tax deductable expense for the company.
