Do you have an Ulta store near you? They carrie Essie polishes, and frequently have coupons for 20% off one item.

Beauty First carries the whole line, but the stores are far and few between. I think I also saw them at Trade Secret.

Beauty Brands sells Essie, I was just in there last week, and they had a display of it.
