What's next at Kohls?
Ok..who is a Kohls clearance pro? I wasn't impressed with the 70% off, when do we get that like 80% additional off clearance? Anyone have a breakdown of how the markdowns go and when to expect the next one.
Thanks! |

I actually did pretty well with the 70%. They had lots of baby clothes and pjs for 4-5 dollars. I didnt wait because around here the baby clothes are gone before 80%

If you are in the test market, it is gonna blow. The markdowns will have a life of 12 weeks then they will mark them out of stock and throw them away. They do not donate these to any charities or anyone. (policy that blows too). So it will only go to 80% in the test market before it is gone. If you are out of the test market, make friends with an associate and find out markdown dates, they are posted a month in advance. I HTHs.

Congratulations on getting your new Kohls! If you don't already have one, you should get one of their store cards, you get additional discounts 12 times a year, it makes the great sales even greater. My Kohls is going to 80% friday morning at 8:00. I"ll be standing out front!

Clearance was 70% off today in St. Louis. I went early, hoping to find ds some Columbia coats for next year. They were 70% off, but off the original price, no yellow tag. I had one in my cart that would have been $34.50 (still a good deal) but changed my mind about it. I didn't find much else that I wanted, just a few shirts for my brother.
