Can you use more than one coupon per transaction? I have one for a free CO Bigelow lotion with $10 purchase .... so could I spend $20 and then get this one free since it is with $10 purchase?

They have a store special coming up for a free bag with samples that you can buy for $10 if you spend $30 .... so it would be nice if I could combine all of the coupons with the instore special!

No they will not let you combine coupons on one transaction. I usually ask for seperate transactions and they never give me a problem, however I usually have a fussy 1 year old so they may just be trying to get me out of the store, lol. I have all these coupons but haven't been feeling the BBW need I must snap out of it!
