Great deal at JCPenney!
I don't know if they will do this at all locations or if it's just the store by me. I went to JCPenney today and was looking at their clearance racks, all of the ladies' panties were marked down to $.77. So after the extra 40% off clearance right now, each pair was only $.46!! I had gotten some a couple weeks ago for $1.79 and thought I got a good deal then, but this price is a steal for panties that are normally $9-$12!
Let's just say I stocked up on a few pairs myself!
