Information to Complete Form
I use Firefox and had to enable pop-ups to get the cooler. You must click all the bottom right-hand links to get to the quiz. After you have answered the questions you must enable pop-ups (at least for their site) to get the cooler. For codes I typed in 'n/a' and it went through. Hope it comes!

i dont know how you found this but you have to put a dealer code in it and the company has been driven crazy wiwth phone calls verifying this offer. my husband is a parts stechnician for this company and he says if you want to do that is fine but please quit calling the companys. it is a truck engine company. thank you so much!!!! |

I did this one before it had been posted that it's for their employees, and I didn't have any code, just took the quiz. I got a nice soft-sided cooler in the mail from this today!
