Walgreens prints an EasySaver catalog every month with coupons and rebates inside, and several of the items in it are totally free (except for the sales tax). For example, this month you can get an Oral B battery operated toothbrush ($6), 18 oz Softsoap Bodywash (they also had a men's version) and Advil PM (20 ct. - $4.79) all free after rebate. Since I can put the toothbrush and body wash in my daughter's stocking for Christmas and we always use Advil anyway, I got all three.

For most of the offers, all you need is your receipt (no UPC symbols) but there are a few exceptions so read the fine print. Also, you can get your rebate in one of two ways - a check for the full amount paid (not including sales tax) OR it put on a Walgreens gift card. If you put it on a Walgreen's gift card, they give you an extra 10% (which would then cover your sales tax). I'm choosing the gift card, as then I can use whatever I get this month to pay for next month's freebies.

FYI - this month's catalog runs from April 30 to May 27 (Saturday), so if you are interested in any of the items I mentioned above, you need to get them by Saturday and it has to be postmarked by June 3.

Our Walgreen's also lets you use vendor coupons and the coupons in the rebate booklet on these deals. So watch carefully and you wind up making money on quite a few of these !
