I participate in 85% of the CVS promotions. For example, spend $20 and get $10 in ExtraCare Bucks. Well recently, I particiapted in the Dove promotion in which you spend $20 and get $10 in CVS bucks. They (CVS)advise you to wait 2 days and your money will print out at the register. Well, to play it safe, I waited 5 days and made a purchase.
To my surprise no ExtraCare bucks had been printed out.
I e-mailed CVS and they looked into the information. They informed me that my $10 ExtraCare bucks had been used.

They also asked me if I had all of my CVS cards. Well, the answer was no. I have been using the larger card faithfully and really have no idea where the smaller cards were.
About a year ago I moved from Houston to Dallas and CVS reported that my ExtraBucks had been used in Houston.
They are not going to credit me the $10. Instead, all of my purchases will be transferred and I will receive $5 ExtraCare bucks for the problems I've experienced.
Moral of the story, if you don't think you're going to use the smaller (keychain cards) then put them in a safe place.
