Unless you can prove you are a legitmate business you won't get anything from them.
They sent me an email telling me to call them on the phone to verify that I am indeed a legitmate business owner.They were overwhelmed with requests the last time this was posted to the net.As a matter of fact the email even asked where this was posted so they could contact the administrator.
