The stupid girl at Macy's in Burlington, MA gave me two things to rub on.... NOT a deluxe sample. I walked alllllllllllll the way in there to get something I throw away in magazines every day, pretty much. Also, she was with one of those undecided customers who have to draw things out - so when she saw me, she ran up. I guess she thought I knew what I wanted, and that I would make a quick purchase. I told her, showed her the printout, and she said, "Oh, okay... I know what that is... I'm with a customer, I'll be right with you." She walked away for like five minutes or more, then came back and reached right behind the display and handed me those things. She purposely did that, and she could have just handed them to me when she was ALREADY standing there. I wasn't a paying customer though. I am writing Guerlain to let them know how she treated me!

I don't like the perfume anyway, I sprayed some on while I was waiting!

It's okay, little things like that just aggravate me!

I went on the Guerlain website, and I couldn't find a contact email address. Once I thought about it, they probably would think I was insane anyway - emailing them over an Allure Giveaway... and the problem was a difference of deluxe sample versus sample!!!

I don't think any of the big companies really listen anyway, I have made many complaints and no one ever responds.

I got the same thing at macy's in Chicago. Rub on sample papers are not deluxe samples!
