Walmart recently lowered their prices for packages and each sheet is only $10 without a package (was $20). I am not sure if you are taking photos of different grouping, each child individually and then together. If that is so why not take photos at different times. One child this month, the next next month and then all together, my walmart already has chirstmas backgrounds. That way you can get mostly the package (which has a good amount of photos) of the first photo. Just an idea.

We just got Zacks pictures taken, and it cost $7.45 after tax. I think the special was $6.99.
Word to the wise : Get holiday pictures taken NOW unless you want the complimentary holiday cards with photos on them. In another 2 weeks, they will start to raise the cost on the portrait deals to around $15. I always get Zacks picture taken at the end of September/beginning of October for the holidays. When the school sends out the portrait deals through them, at those astronomical costs, I always call Walmart and make an appt. Of course, I still have to buy a class picture, and I don't see an option this year to just get the class picture so I will probably be shelling out $15.50 for a few pictures and a class picture. But going through Walmart I get a ton of photos, at a cheap price. And most importantly : I get to proof them as they are taken. This avoids the goofy smiles and squinty eye thing. |

I picked up my photos from them today and as usual they offered me two small pictures of each pose. The shocker was the price, now it is over $30, I believe they used to be a little over $20.
