a southern California cousin of Safeway has returned its double coupons policy - which in itself would be reason to cheer. In addition they have included 3 coupons in their weekly ad for free items. Tostitos chips ( a real good size bag)
Welch's squeeze bottle grape jelly
Hefty 50 count plastic plates
These three items are worth about $10 bucks and I have made at least 20+ trips in the last week to grab multiples. Those plates NEVER go stale and the that jam last several years.
