I'm curious to hear your thoughts on these stores. I'm not a regular but recently checked one of the stores out. I found a few good things like a hammer and photo frame.

One funny thing was that The bag said "Open 9 Days a Week"

I love Dollar Stores., some are better than others, my favorite was the 99cent only store, unfortunately we don't have any of those out here, but they had it all from fresh produce, frozen foods..

i miss it so!

wow, ours only have non perishable food and its all of the "junk" variety. I love filling the kids stockings from this place. They are still young enough to not care about name brands and such thank goodness.

Most of the 99 cent stores around here are junky--we recently got Dollartree stores and they are much better--I'm addicted and probably go there at least once a week--my dh says it should be called the $20 store cause that is what I usually wind up spending when I go there.

I LOVE our 99 cents stores here, in southern ca!!

The best deals~.. the stock changes, so you have to watch it, but I've gotten healing gardens products, Physique, Pantene, the real name brand stuff.. all there.

Actually most of the quality, is pretty good. I shop regularly for the calenders, candles, anything, actually! lol

They often have major brand names and it does offer some fresh frozen food.

I can't complain, this is my top store list, next to walmart..

and its true, its impossible, to spend less then 20 bucks there or 50, lol bc the deals are sooooooo good and worth stocking up on... and I love that
Each item, really IS 99 cents or less.

Why spend 10 bucks for a trash can, when you can get one for 99 cents?
and hefty bags and brooms and.. candy bars,

I could rave on forever about these stores! lol

I love the "Dollar tree" stores, everything is 1 dollar. I like it better than the .99 cents stores.

man my entire family lives at the 99 cent only store...I love going there for everything...since we're on a budget its so helpful n if my son has a few bucks he can get a few toys he'll destroy anyways within a couple days and he's not to worried cuz it only cost a buck.

i love 99 cents stores! i have gotten ultima blush,thermasilk shampoo.wheel of fortune watch etc too early to remember everything! but u can sometimes get really expensive stuff there for only 99 cents! but watch out....not everything is worth 99 cents some things are just trash and u can get them elsewhere for much less!

I love Dollar Tree. They have they best stuff. Frozen food adn name brand [b]good[b] items for only $1. I bought 3 Clearasil products and Mrs. Smith's apple pie slices from there recently. It's also a good place to get the Sunday paper for only $1.

Just my 2 cents worth -- ditto on Dollar Tree -- I LOVE IT! Only one worthwhile around these parts...

Love all dollar stores--Great prices on good merchandise.
Dollar tree is wonderful. I have gotten pretty asian stuff there (I collect asian stuff)--Pretty vases, stress reliever balls, etc.
