This morning I purchased the Butler double pack toothbrushes. The sales price was 1.99 and you receive 1.99 in ECB making the toothbrushes free.

Well, as usual, I used a $1 manufactuer coupon. When my extra buck printed I received an $1 ECB instead of $1.99.

It's as if the computer automatically deducts the coupon price from the ECB.

I'm not upset because the item I purchased was still free. I'm just curious to see if their policies have changed.

Please share if you have similar/different experiences.

Mine did the same thing. I also purchased an Intuition razor, but it didn't ring up at the advertised price, and my ECB for it did not print out. I'm calling customer service tomorrow, because it was right next to the shelf tag with the advertised price.

I spoke with a Customer Service Rep yesterday who told me that they had problems with the ECB program since Saturday. She manually added back the missing 1.00 for the GUM toothbrushes and the 6.00 that I didn't get from the razor. Very pleasant and nice to deal with.

The GUM toothbrushes is an error that only $1 is printing out instead of $1.99, it's supposed ot be fixed starting tomorrow. (so no manufacturer's coupon has no affect on it)

The Intuition razor is producing ECBs for some of the varieties and not others, haven't heard anything about that being corrected. I bought the Intuition Plus with the 2 different kinds (1 shea butter and one something else) and did get the ECB for that.
