regal theatre free family film festival

http://www.regmovies.com/freefamilyflicks/index2.jsp

hope this isn't a repost i did a search

Selected G & PG movies start at 10AM each Tuesday and Wednesday during the festival. First-come, first-served seating is limited to theatre capacity. The Free Family Film Festival is safe, lots of fun and a great way for kids to spend a weekday morning in the summer.

Wink Regal Theaters offer free family movies during summer break!

[b]While looking for current movies I stumbled on this... My children are all grown but for all you moms and dads out there I remember how long and expensive summer break is. It was always nice to escape the heat and or rain and have the kids occupied for a couple of hours. It sure helps you keep your sanity in check

I can't check it!!! The little drop down menu for state shows a big blank for me...I can't select a state if none are listed!!! I e-mailed Regal about it, but if someone can look for anything near Hagerstown MD or Martinsburg WV and send me that info and movie listings via pm I'd appreciate it.

Thanks for all the pm's. I finally was able to get the info online.

And thanks tinkerbellisme, but I'm across the border in WV. This is the first year our local Regal is participating in this thing. Maybe I'll have to take the kids this year. Do you still have to pay for the popcorn and drinks?

Thank you for the post. This is a wonderful service they provide. I know they are older movies but this is a great chance to get out of the house during the summer and not have to worry about taking a young child to the movies. I have never been but a lot of the moms from a local group I belong to go . . . The kids run around and have fun. You don't have to worry about your child crying or getting up to go to the bathroom -- unlike when you pay for a film and know that there are other customers there who don't always appreciate the art of raising children.

I hope to take my son to see Curious George. He loves him

Alas snacks/drinks are full price

Maddy
