Victoria's secret--Semi Annual clearance sale?
I don't know if this is the semi annual clearance sale but I noticed that my B&M store had bras at 25-50% off and panties starting at 2.99. They had the usual black skirted tables up and it looked,from a distance, like it was a semi annual clearance sale.
