Using B1G1 coups @ Albertsons? - YDF - Your Daily Freebies Forum - Coupon Codes

I've asked this before, but thought I'd try again.

My nearest Albertsons has a B1G1 Free promotion on Vive Shampoos. There is also a mfc for B1G1 Free.

Again, my question is, how would this work?

I ask because if it's worth it I'm going to stock up on some more of those coupons, and make the 65 mile trip to Albertsons. I usually only make the trip out there when there are plenty of good deals for me to stock up on.

They would treat the promo and the mfc as the same thing. For every 1 product you purchase you get 1 free. You don't get to use the promo and the mfc together to cancel out a purchase requirement. If you had 10 of these items in your cart, no matter what combination of promos/coupons you had, you would still have to pay for 5 of the 10 items.

It's still a really good deal and I will definitely be taking advantage of it!

that's not true...

I've used my albertson card and the coupon and only had to pay tax.

I have a ton of shampoo... Also..they have this deal at Walgreen's, RiteAid ect from time to time..

I stock up on the coupon for that too for this very reason and I have
over 75 bottles that I have bought the extra newspapers for the coupons
and only had to pay tax with various stores b1g1F and using these coupons..

Also.. some of the papers paid for themselves because it had the big free candy bar for like 2.29 free candy bar.......

all I ever paid for was the tax on the shampoo!!!!!!!

if you have any problems ask to speak to the store manager..
and if need be they can call corporate if they don't know if they can combine them or not.

I was refused a coupon usage on the Loreal Vive shampoo bogo
walgreens deal and using my man coupon for bogo to
get them both free.
So, I e-mailed Corporate and here is their response.
