INCREDIBLE Deal at Walgreens~Thomas the Tank Engine!!

I was at Walgreens today dropping off my prescription and happened to see a small display of Thomas the Tank Engine DVD sets which include one of the wooden trains as well(there were different ones). Well, there was a sticker on it that said $9.99 which I thought was a great deal......UNTIL the woman rang them up!!!!! They rang up at $4.99 each!!!! I went and got the other one they had left and went to the other Walgreens across town and got 2 more different ones!!!

If you have Thomas the Tank Engine on your Christmas list....this is definitely something to go check out!!!!

Hope someone else can get this awesome deal!!!!

The toy isn't one of those recalled is it? Just wondering as I saw a news investigation showing many stores that had not pulled all of the recalled toys. A DVD w/ toy might have been missed.

I think the recalled ones were plastic NOT wooden from what I was told( I told my neighbor right away about the recall and she said they were the plastic ones and her 3yr old had wooden)

They were the wooden ones due to lead paint. Here is a government recall notice:

The expanded recall is listed here:
