Target Dollar Spot, orange and blue dots only, 75% off. Includes New Years Eve stuff like tiaras, noise makes, necklaces, bubbles etc. Also had cloth evening clutches for 25 cents in red and black. I bought several of these in red for Valentine's Day goodie bags I make for my college age daughter and her suitemates. Cheaper that a gift bag and more fun.
