My Kroger had a display with Energizer Maxx AA batteries for a $1 this week. They are on sale for $2 then there is an attached coupon for $1 off. Pretty good deal for name brand batteries.

Do you think that this was just an "in store" special or was it also in their sales ad?? That is an awesome price. I probably would have depleted the entire rack :lol

I just checked the online sale ad and the batteries were not advertised. So I don't know if it's national or not. Sorry.
