I believe this is only in certain parts of the country.

I have been looking for the bottles in CT and can not find them.

I did take advantage when they did the pedicure. I will be getting that
in December.

Make sure you keep all your receipts, and photo copy them.

My story would be to long to tell.

If you're having problems finding the specially marked bottles, check the back of the shelf stock - it's only the newer shipments that had these bottles in them, and stores would likely want to sell their older stock first. I had to poke around, but once I did, I found them.

I got my vouchers in the mail today.
