Lowes wallpaper and boaders
Lowes is clearancing all in -stock wallpaper and boarders for $1 and $3 at the Lowes that I work at in Matamoras, PA. I dont know if it is in all the Lowes stores.

Thank you so much for posting this... we have been waiting for a deal on wallpaper and found the wallpaper clearance at 2 of the lowes near us... we were able to find some really nice patterns and enough rolls of the same pattern to cover the room we're thinking of!
